Space 2 Talk is a close-knit community of therapists in Central London with a range of different specialities and areas of expertise. In this way we can retain our independence while being able to offer our clients the therapy that matches their needs. By maintaining a therapy network, we can share facilities, information, clients, and support, enabling us to offer a better service, and improve our own professional quality of life too.

Tom is an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, with an LGBTQ+ perspective offering a bespoke counselling service perspective to those seeking a queer and/or American therapist.
Kenny Mammarella-D'Cruz
(FRSA, FAPPCH), The Man Whisperer
Kenny is the founder of MenSpeak, and hosts a wide range of online groups, training sessions, supervision workshops and retreats. He is an expert on the inner psyche of men, including mental, emotional, social, and relationship issues.
Our room
This therapy room to rent is an ideal location to host clients in comfort, tranquillity, and specious surroundings. The room is conveniently accessible by multiple public transport options and is just a five-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street Tube Stations.
The room is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and includes high speed broadband, a video buzzer entry system, central heating, a modern kitchen, and gender-neutral bathroom facilities. It overlooks the gardens in Fitzroy Square, and is in one of the most peaceful locations in Central London.
